The Change Management training course explores change management principles, models and roles. The course syllabus is based on Change Management Institute’s (CMI): Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBOK). The program is designed on the following 4 syllabus modules:
The courses are accredited via APMG, who provide you with the exams and certification and are endorsed by CMI.
The two levels of certification include: Change Management Foundation and Change Management Practitioner. The Foundation level is designed to develop understanding of change management principles, techniques and models as per the APMG syllabus. The Practitioner level is designed to improve participant understanding on the application of their learnings and prepare delegates for the Practitioner exam.

Your Change Management Foundation and/or Practitioner exam is taken online from your home or office. You require your own webcam and microphone as an exam invigilator will be viewing you during the exam session. Before the start of the exam the invigilator will request confirmation of your identification via a valid photo ID.
The Change Management Foundation exam is a 40 minute, closed book exam:
The Change Management Practitioner exam s a 2.5 hour, open book* scenario based exam:

- Passing the Foundation exam is a pre-requisite to completing the Practitioner exam.
- As the Change Management Practitioner exam is an open book exam (official manual only) we recommend purchasing a copy of the official Change Manager's handbook.
Please note exams need to be completed within the 6 month license period of your e-learning package.
The e-learning platform has been designed to operate on any recent computer with a modern operating system.
An internet connection is required with the latest version of a web browser.
