As organisational drivers change, strategy will need to adapt, requiring organisations to continually review and improve their capability, products and/or services to remain relevant in today’s ever changing world.Research shows “the majority of the best performing and most mature organisations always or frequently apply change management to their projects.” (PriceWaterhouseCoopers, 2004)To successfully deliver strategy all organisations need an underlying capability to deliver change. Project and programme management skills are an important capability to drive delivery of change, though change management skills and knowledge are critical to embed change and ensure investments in change realise tangible benefits.
