Corporate In-House Training

Our training programs are often delivered as in-house courses. In-house courses give our clients the opportunity to adapt the training program to also focus on current organizational challenges or specific capability development needs. In-house courses can also be modified to incorporate existing portfolio, programme or project management processes your organization may already be utilizing.

Our corporate programs can be delivered at your premises or an external venue and designed to a schedule that suits the availability of your staff.

Course Tailoring

Tailoring involves working with your organization to integrate the best practice standards we teach with your existing management processes, structures, terminology and tools. Our tailoring excercise includes conducting a workshop with representatives from various parts of the business and different management levels to identify process and performance gaps and creating a method aligned to international best practices to address these gaps.

Following the tailoring excercise our training materials can be aligned to incorporate your tailored approach to project, programme or portfolio management.
