Who Should Attend?
Project Managers, Programme Managers and Project and Programme Office staff wanting to learn how to adapt PRINCE2 for more complex project scenarios and enhance their PRINCE2 application skills by gaining a better understanding of the application of PRINCE2.
Course Prerequisite
To attend this course the participant must have successfully passed the PRINCE2 Foundation Examination.
We also recommend Practitioner participants complete 10 - 12 hours pre-course work. Our Practitioner pre-course pack will be sent to all participants on payment of course fee.
Course Composition
The course program includes a series of scenario exercises designed to refine and test the PRINCE2 application skills of participants. Prior to each course exercise, review and revision sessions on each element of the methodology will be completed. Course exercises are based on scenarios and questions developed by our team of highly experienced PRINCE2 trainers. The course also includes reviewing sample Practitioner exam papers which are provided within our pre-course training pack.
