Do you want to determine if the project or programme you are responsible for is compliant to best practice? The HiLogic best practice ‘Health Check’ or known to some as 'Audit' is a technique we use to determine how well a project or programme is aligned to specified best practices. The ‘Health Check’ report provides a compliance rating, a listing of required compliance actions and recommendations to improve the management of the project or programme.
