The Overview course is designed to provide P3O team members an understanding on how a P3O model operates.
At end of the Overview course participants will be able to:
- Realise the value of a P3O model
- Understand key P3O terminology
- Understand the P3O’s role in ensuring the right change initiatives are delivered in accordance to required standards
- The difference between Planning, Delivery and Centre of Excellence functions in a P3O environment

People seeking an outline understanding of the elements the form a P3O model.
Course Composition
This is an introductory course to P3O. Participants will be presented an overview of the core elements of a P3O model and the trainer will lead discussions on how P3O can be applied in different business situations.
The Overview course also includes group exercises based on key elements of a P3O model.
Course Prerequisite
This course does not require prerequisite training or qualification.
Course delivery
P3O Overview is delivered as an in-house training function and can be tailored and offered as either a ½ day or 1 day event. Contact us to request an in-house quote.
